Thank you for joining our free European Wholeness Work Webinar. Below are the most frequent follow-up questions we received — with answers from Connirae Andreas.
Q: How is this different from NLP or IFS?
The main difference between this and NLP, or IFS, or most other changework approaches, is that Wholeness Work is working at a deeper level of experience. That’s why Wholeness Work can often get positive results even with difficult issues where the person has tried many other approaches.
In NLP we are accustomed to working at the „process“ or „structure“ level, instead of at the content level. With Wholeness Work, we go to what we could call a „deeper structure“ level. You could begin to see this in the free Webinar. Instead of working with our problem feelings or behaviors directly, we go to the unconscious „root“ or „source“ of the problem. We find the „limited self“ structure that holds the problem or stress in place.
When we work at this level, releasing our problems feels like a relaxing of effort. It can feel surprisingly easy, even effortless.
After learning Wholeness Work, I feel an ease in living that I didn’t feel before. I didn’t realize how much work I was putting in to maintain my positive resource states. This is a different way of feeling resourceful. Now life feels like a flow, easy.

Eastern spiritual traditions describe „awakening“ as a shift in consciousness that leads to feeling fundamentally different. Stress and „problems“ simply don’t feel real any longer. People have a sense of wellbeing that before they might have only dreamed of. That’s the kind of transformation we can invite with Wholeness Work. This goes way deeper than „anchoring a state“ or learning to talk kindly to our inner parts.
We don’t want to over-promise here, either. With Wholeness Work, this shift in consciousness towards wellbeing doesn’t happen in one magical moment. It’s a gradual process that’s gentle and kind. The gradual way that Wholeness Work happens is part of what makes it a gentle, safe, and kind method. It results in „radical change“ yet it feels gentle and safe.
Q: Do I need meditation experience?
No, you don’t. The only thing you need to join Wholeness Level 1 and benefit is a desire to grow, learn, and evolve. You’re welcome as you are, with or without meditation experience.
If you have meditation experience, you might be especially interested in the Wholeness Work meditation format. Many meditators have shared that this way of meditating feels easier than anything else they’ve tried. This is because with Wholeness meditation, you don’t have to force yourself to focus on anything, you don’t have to bring your attention back to anything, or get rid of distracting thoughts. Instead the method follows you. Distracting thoughts end up being included and integrated, and you can experience how they become enriching rather than distracting.
If you’ve never had meditation experience, it can be equally easy to learn to use the Wholeness „life practice“ format. You’ll learn a simple method to relax and destress whenever you want to.
Q: Can I really learn this in 10 days?
10 days is plenty to experience some significant — possibly even profound — changes. So „yes“, you can get a lot of benefit in 10 days.
If you like what you experience, you may find yourself wanting to return to gain even more depth with the method. Most people are happy with what they get the first time through. Usually very happy. Yet those choosing to return to the program a second time, or a third time, share how they keep gaining more. The Wholeness Work is an approach to transformation that helps us continue to evolve. Can one ever have too much wellbeing? Too much peace?
Most of our programs have a significant discount for alumni who are repeating the program. And each program gains richness through the presence of alumni.
Q: Is it more for personal growth or for client work?
It’s both. In the training, you’ll be guided in using the practices in your own experience. You will get the benefits for yourself, and begin to experience the shift of consciousness towards more peace, more wellbeing, and naturally being more fully present. If you’re a therapist, counselor, or coach, experiencing it yourself is the best first step in being able to offer this to others.
For many people, working at this level is new. And it’s most effective to pass this on to others when you’ve experienced it yourself.
Q: Will it be worth my while if I just attend Level 1?
Already after Level 1, people experience a LOT of benefit. People report stress dissolving, emotional reactivity settling, better sleep, and discovering a new ease in living. If you can only attend Level 1, you still may look back on this as one of the best decisions of your life.
In Level 1 we learn the „dissolving the ego“ formats, that help reset the nervous system. Then we go on to learn the Authority format — a gentle and kind method that helps us finally let go of self-judgment, perfectionism, embarrassment, and shame. We’ll also learn the „what’s missing“ or „nurturing“ format. This brings healing for loss and emptiness, and helps resolve attachment issues at a deep level.
Q: What if I’m still not sure?
If anything about this method sounds appealing, we suggest getting the book. It’s packed — and it’s written as a personal guide into this way of working. It’s great preparation for the training and will give you more information to help you decide if you want to join the in-person program in Cologne this September.
