Topics we'll explore in the Level V Wholeness Retreat:

1. Compassionate boundaries. With Wholeness Work, we have ways to uncover the peace within. Yet WW can also help us become clearer about what we are willing to live with and what we are not. We’ll explore how to discover our limits and express them in a compassionate way.
   
2. Narcissism. We’ll explore how to find our “inner narcissist” and how including this can help us heal and become more whole.
3. Exploring Pride. Pride goes easily unnoticed and can be particularly fruitful to explore. Often, the person who is proud isn’t aware of it. If we can catch our own arrogance or pride, this can be a huge plus. Finding and “healing” our own pride tendencies can be super-helpful in making life easier and more fun.
4. Integrating the "Doer." With Wholeness Work, we start by finding and integrating the “Perceiving Self” — the “I.” For most people, this is the best place to start. It is the interface between “reality” and us. Next, it is useful to explore the “Doer.” We’ll discuss the 3 main types of “Self” experience.
5. Additional optional explorations. There are many further directions we may explore together, depending on the interests and preferences of the group. These may include deepening relationship intelligence, exploring defensiveness, working with rage and anger, going deeper with authority structures, noticing blind spots, exploring specific emotions, exploring possessive pronouns, working with health-related themes, finding our own “body armor,” exploring connections between pride and the “6 directions,” including short guided meditations, or following other meaningful themes that emerge in our time together.Because participants will already have substantial experience, there will also be space to follow the interests of the group and the themes that naturally emerge together.

THE LOCATION
It will be a relaxed setting, and learning at a relaxed pace, with time to integrate, connect with each other, and time to visit the Portugal coast if we choose.(15 mins away by car).

Alcobaça is about 110–125 km from Lisbon Airport, which is roughly a 1 hour 20 minute drive by car or taxi or Uber.

Monday, 20. July: 2 pm - 6:00 pm (with Connirae)
Tuesday 21. July: 9:30 am - 1:00 pm (with Connirae)
Wednesday 22. July: 9:30 am - 1:00 pm (with Connirae)
Thursday 23. July: 9:30 am - 1:00 pm (with Connirae)

On day 2 - 4 the afternoons will be the opportunity for paired practices together.
These will be coordinated by Uli and Ralph. Sometimes Connirae may be present for part of the afternoon.
