It integrates body, mind and soul harmoniously, helps recognise and transform limiting beliefs, emotions and behaviour patterns, and enables connection with our authentic self and inner wisdom.

What does it bring?

The results range from deep relaxation and healing on various levels to "experiencing the bliss of realising the I as pure awareness" — often a combination of all of these.
