Core Transformation
What is Core Transformation?
Based on the developmental work of Connirae Andreas and her sister Tamara Andreas, Core Transformation is an extraordinary personal change process with aspects from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), psychology and spirituality.
It is a natural, simple process that connects us with our core self, making lasting change possible. Core Transformation helps us respect ourselves more fully, move beyond inner conflicts and inner struggles, and experience alignment with our deepest self.
Core Transformation leads people to experience states such as "being", "inner peace", "love" or "oneness". They learn the steps to dissolve and transform limitations and even deeply rooted problems. These states become the new foundation of behaviour and life. It is surprisingly easy to experience this process — it feels like a long-overdue warmth and compassion for oneself.
What is a core state?
A core state is a state of being. The most important forms are: being, fullness, peace, beauty, enlightenment, grace, oneness, trust. Core states are states of being in which nothing has to be done and nothing has to happen from outside. They have no external causes and can be experienced at any time, independent of external circumstances.
Core states are the end point in a chain of outcomes of "feeling even better". To the question "What could be even more important?" there is no further answer. A core state is something you can have always and everywhere — it is not a specific emotion like joy, hope or courage, which are appropriate only in certain situations.
A core state is always something that is experienced permanently. Being happy, for example, is usually not a core state, because it is not permanently accessible — being happy is tied to a "because". A core state happens on a deeper level: it can be present in any moment, independent of external circumstances — even when I am sad or angry.
- Core states are not reflexive (such as "I love myself").
- Core states do not contain specific feelings such as hopeful, proud or satisfied.
- Core states include a tangible physical experience that takes hold of the whole person — usually a marked shift through relaxation, a more symmetrical posture and deep, even breathing.
What is Core Transformation useful for?
These amazingly simple techniques can immediately lead us into more satisfying relationships and profound inner states such as peace or oneness. Specific changes that can be achieved through the Core Transformation process:
